Overview
Silicon Valley Clean Energy offers a $2,500 rebate for homeowners replacing their gas furnace with a heat pump HVAC system. This incentive is part of the FutureFit Homes program and is available to SVCE customers. To qualify, you must replace an existing gas furnace with a heat pump HVAC system. Please apply for your SVCE incentive before starting your project, except in emergencies. Rebates are not to exceed project costs. CARE/FERA customers can receive an additional $1,000 per rebate. This rebate is also available for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
