Silicon Valley Power offers a rebate for income-qualified customers purchasing pre-owned electric vehicles. You can receive $1,500 for a fully electric vehicle or $1,000 for a plug-in hybrid vehicle. If your household meets certain income requirements, you may qualify for an additional $1,000 bonus rebate. Vehicles with a miles per gallon equivalent (MPGe) of 117 or greater are also eligible for this bonus. The maximum rebate amount is $3,500.
