- To apply, request a referral to a QuitCarbon-vetted contractor.
- The contractor will provide a proposal, which QuitCarbon will review.
- Once you accept the proposal, the contractor reserves the TECH rebates.
- The contractor has up to four months to complete the upgrade and request rebate payment.
