Trinity Public Utilities District offers a $700 rebate for homeowners who install an energy-efficient electric heat pump. To qualify, the heat pump must have a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER2) of 14.3 or higher and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF2) of 7.5 or higher. This rebate is available to a limited number of qualified customers.
