The California Energy Smart Homes 2025 Bonus for Electrical Load Management is a rebate designed to encourage homeowners to fully electrify their homes and disconnect from gas service. This incentive is available exclusively to customers of PG&E, SoCal Edison, and SDG&E electric utilities. To qualify, your home must be fully electrified, and the rebate applies to upgrades using smart panels or smart circuit breakers. An additional $1,000 bonus is available for homes that maintain a 100 amp main service. Please note, this bonus may also be included in the California Energy Smart Homes rebate under the "Whole Home" incentives section. The maximum rebate amount is $3,500.
