The California Energy Smart Homes 2025 Bonus for Integrated Space and Water Heating is a rebate program that rewards homeowners for fully electrifying their homes and disconnecting from gas service. To secure your incentive amounts for the 2025 calendar year, submit your rebate application before November 3, 2025. After this date, incentive amounts may be reduced. This rebate is not available for homes using propane and is exclusive to customers of PG&E, SoCal Edison, and SDG&E electric utilities. The maximum rebate amount is $1,000.
