Overview
The City of Roseville offers a $1,000 rebate for homeowners replacing gas heating systems with electric mini-split heat pump systems. To qualify, the new system must have a minimum Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of 16 and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF) of 8.2.
This rebate only applies to replacing existing fossil fuel appliances.
