The City of Roseville offers a $1,000 rebate for homeowners replacing gas appliances with energy-efficient mini-split heat pumps. To qualify, the new system must have a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of 16 or higher and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF) of 8.2 or higher.
This rebate only applies to replacing existing fossil fuel appliances.
