This program is available for used electric vehicles registered to a residence within the Colton Electric Utility service area.

- Applicants must be residential customers of Colton Electric Utility.
- The electric vehicle must be registered to a residence within the Colton Electric Utility service area.
- A copy of the purchase or lease agreement for the electric vehicle is required.
- A copy of the permanent vehicle registration must be provided.
- A copy of the most recent utility bill showing residency at the address on the application is necessary.
- The rebate is available on a first-come, first-served basis until funding is exhausted or the program is discontinued.
- Only one EV rebate is allowed per household.
- To apply, complete the Used EV Rebate application and submit it via email, mail, or in person.
- Please allow up to six weeks for rebate checks to be delivered by mail.
