- Applicants must provide a copy of the permanent vehicle registration.
- Applicants must provide a copy of the most recent utility bill demonstrating residency at the address on the application.
- The incentive offer is on a first-come, first-served basis and is effective until funding is expended or the program is discontinued.
- A maximum of one EV rebate is allowed per household.
- To apply, complete the Used EV Rebate application and submit it via email, mail, or in person.
- Please allow up to six weeks for rebate checks to be delivered through mail.
