Overview
The GWP Mini-Split Heat Pump Rebate offers homeowners a chance to save on heating and cooling upgrades. If you're replacing an existing heat pump, you can receive $500 per ton, up to $2,500. Switching from a gas or electric system to an all-electric heat pump can earn you $1,000 per ton, up to $5,000. A finalized plumbing permit for gas capping and an electrical permit for the heat pump installation are required to qualify.
