Peninsula Clean Energy offers a $1,500 rebate for homeowners replacing their gas, propane, oil, or wood stove heater/furnace with a fully electric heat pump HVAC system. This rebate applies to all fully electric systems, regardless of type or configuration. To qualify, the existing equipment must be decommissioned, with proof required. This rebate is available to residents in San Mateo County and the City of Los Banos. Each electric account is eligible for up to two rebates.
