San Jose Clean Energy is offering a $3,000 rebate to help homeowners switch to an energy-efficient heat pump water heater, reducing upgrade costs and improving home efficiency.

• An additional $1,000 is available for qualifying households.
• Zero-interest EcoHome payment plan of up to $5,000 is also available.
