Sonoma Clean Power offers a $500 rebate for homeowners upgrading to an induction cooktop. Plus, you'll receive a free induction cookware set to get you started.
This rebate only applies to replacing existing fossil fuel appliances.

Switching to an induction cooktop can make your kitchen more comfortable and efficient. Induction cooking heats your cookware directly, reducing ambient heat and improving safety. Plus, it helps reduce pollution from gas appliances, contributing to a cleaner environment.
More Information
- Rebate applications must be submitted within 90 days of the induction stove purchase date. If more than 90 days have passed since the purchase, additional documentation, such as an installation invoice, will be required.
- Customers are eligible for one induction rebate per account.
- New construction is not eligible, with the exception of fire rebuilds.
- To receive free induction cookware, customers should contact the Customer Center to arrange pickup after the rebate has been approved. Customers have 14 days to collect their cookware.
- Customers may opt to allocate $25 of their rebate to a Community Partner of their choice. Personal information won't be shared with the Community Partner unless requested. Please note, donations are not tax-deductible.
- Dual fuel systems are ineligible for rebates.
